Welcome to MyBooking Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

We provide website development, SEO, custom software, AI integration, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties. Any feature requested outside the agreed scope will be billed additionally.

2. Payment Terms

• A standard advance payment (typically 40% - 50%) is required before the commencement of any development project.
• Remaining milestones must be cleared as per the agreed project timeline.
• For monthly retainer services (SEO, Digital Marketing), invoices must be paid within 7 days of the billing date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment, the client owns the copyright to the final website design, content, and specific custom code developed for them. However, MyBooking Technologies retains the rights to pre-existing libraries, algorithms, and base structures used to build the software. We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless a strict NDA is signed.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content (text, images, logos), and access credentials (domain/hosting) required to complete the project. Delays in providing materials will result in corresponding delays in the project timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyBooking Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions, arising out of the use or inability to use our services, software, or websites.
