Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MyBooking Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Because our services involve dedicated human hours, strategy, and custom coding, our refund policy is structured as follows.
1. Web Development & Custom Software
- Initial Advance: The advance payment made to initiate a project is strictly non-refundable once our team has commenced work, created UI/UX wireframes, or set up the development environment.
- Project Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel a project midway, they will be billed for the hours of work already completed up to that point. Any unutilized funds beyond the billed hours will be refunded.
- Once the final product is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
2. SEO & Digital Marketing Services
SEO and Digital Marketing are long-term, ongoing processes. We do not offer refunds for past months where services have already been rendered and reports have been generated. If you wish to cancel a monthly retainer, you must provide a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
3. Domains, Hosting & Third-Party Assets
Any payments made towards purchasing domain names, cloud hosting servers (AWS, Vercel), SSL certificates, or premium third-party software licenses on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable, as these assets are immediately registered in the client's name.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our service, we request you to contact your dedicated project manager immediately. We believe in building long-term relationships and will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, revise the deliverables, and ensure your satisfaction before discussing refunds.
